The Moroccan cooking pot is similar to "madka".. It has conical shaped covering which retains max steam..
interesting part for this chicken that it is made with raw ingredients such as onion,methi,black pepper and saffron and figs... No tadka.. just add olive oil with rest of the ingredients..
What interests me is even without garlic or other garam masala this chicken tastes awesome!
